Refund Policy

EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off right. Please read Section 3 for full details.
1. General Policy
Market4Me.ai offers subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups. Due to the nature of digital services and AI-generated content, our general policy is that subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced and you have accessed the Service.
However, we are committed to fairness and will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for circumstances outside your control (see Section 2).
Where we agree to a discretionary refund within the first 14 days, it is generally calculated on a pro-rata basis against the unused portion of your plan's monthly credits — credits you have already used are not refundable. All such refunds are reviewed and approved by our team.
2. Automatic Credit Refunds
Credits are automatically refunded to your account balance in the following circumstances:
- Failed video generation — if a video job fails due to a platform error or API failure, credits deducted for that job are automatically returned to your balance within minutes.
- System errors — credits consumed due to confirmed system bugs or outages on our end will be refunded.
Credit refunds appear in your transaction history in Settings → Billing.
3. EU & UK Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off)
This section applies to consumers in the EU and UK.
3.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services without giving any reason within 14 days of entering into the contract (the “cooling-off period”).
3.2 Loss of Withdrawal Right
By subscribing and beginning to use the Service, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate performance of the digital content contract. Accordingly, your right of withdrawal is lost once you begin using the Service (i.e., once you generate your first piece of content or access any premium feature).
This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
3.3 Withdrawal Before Service Use
If you have subscribed but have not yet used any feature of the Service (no videos generated, no AI analysis run, no content created), you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal and receive a full refund by contacting us at support@market4me.ai within 14 days of your subscription start date.
3.4 How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unambiguous statement to support@market4me.ai containing:
- Your name and email address
- Your subscription start date
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract
We will confirm receipt and process any eligible refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to subscribe.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. If you cancel an annual plan:
- Your access continues until the end of the annual period you paid for.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused months, except as required by applicable law.
- EU/UK consumers: the 14-day cooling-off rights in Section 3 apply to annual plans in the same way.
5. Credit Top-Ups
One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account and used. If you purchased top-up credits but have not used any of them, contact us within 14 days and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Remember: purchased credits remain valid for 90 days after subscription cancellation — they are not lost immediately upon cancellation.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We will consider refunds outside normal policy in the following cases, at our sole discretion:
- Extended service outages (>48 hours) that substantially prevented your use of the Service
- Billing errors (e.g., you were charged twice)
- Fraudulent transactions made without your authorisation
To submit a refund request, email support@market4me.ai with your account email, the reason for your request, and any supporting evidence. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you retain all rights under applicable EU/UK consumer protection legislation including the right to submit a complaint to your national consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution service.
If we cannot resolve a complaint with you directly, UK consumers can get free advice from Citizens Advice or their local Trading Standards service. Consumers in the EU can contact their national consumer protection authority or a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in their country of residence. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available.)
